With this in mind, Dobel 50 1969 Edition presents a different extra anejo tequila that is the product of creativity, innovation, knowledge and intuition, and above all, mastery of tequila making.

A tequila that serves as a nod to the earth and its agave and to honor the knowledge and art of tequila making; but above all, it reflects the constant search for innovative new expressions for this magnificent spirit.

Only agaves that are meticulously cared for before harvest to ensure they have reached full maturity are used. Just before the rainy season, the agave is harvested by hand to obtain the highest quality sugar and agave notes, which the Maestro Tequilero then utilizes to craft our uniquely full-bodied, refined tequila.

After a careful selection of yeasts, the juices are fermented for up to 72 hours. The liquid is then slowly distilled in traditional small copper stills, resulting in a unique taste profile and extraordinary cleanliness in its sensory notes.

An exceptional edition that integrates our finest tequilas aged in American and French white oak barrels and finished in Sauternes barrels.
