Pale yellow in colour, with floral notes and mineral nuances on the nose. On the palate, a lovely intensity giving way to beautiful elegance and freshness. This Sauvignon Blanc is designated a Côtes de Gascogne Protected Geographical Indication wine. Gascony is characterized by its temperate oceanic climate and is this aromatic grape variety’s preferred region as it enables it to reach optimal maturity. Its terroir endows the ripe grapes with lovely acidity reflected in the nice taut, fresh character of the wines. Best served as an aperitif or paired with seafood, oysters, vegetables and grilled fish, salmon tartare.
