The only cloudiness we like is in our Haze cider. A thirst-quenching combination of Discovery, Falstaff, Gala and Jonagold apples are crafted into this crisp, sweet cider. Great for relaxed occasions, the simple pleasure of being with your mates and having the warmth of the sun on your face.

TASTING NOTES: Thatchers Haze is refreshing, cloudy and sweet. It’s blended from early Discovery, crunchy Falstaff, ever-popular Gala and sweet Jonagold apple varieties. But which one brings the natural cloudy appearance? You guessed it… the Jonagold.

GOES WELL WITH: The sweet freshness of this cider means it will easily carry strong aromatics and a little chilli heat. Try with Cheddar and Chorizo Croquetas or a Mango Chicken Curry, Sticky, charcoal BBQ flavours also work well with Haze, as does sunshine and laughter.

25ml Bourbon

25ml Fruit Tea syrup

125ml Thatchers Haze

Combine the ingredients in a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with some fresh fruit – we like to use apple slices! You can also serve warm. Just gently heat and serve in an enamel mug.
